As first and foremost a devoted cake eater, I know that what goes inside the cake is just as important as what goes on the outside. Every cake is made fresh, baked within 48 hours of your event. I use only top quality ingredients including unbleached flour, free-range eggs, NOLA-made vanilla, Guittard Certified Cocoa, and Grade AA dairy products.
